Joe Leventis

Joe Leventis is a skilled personal injury lawyer at Sharpe & Leventis, LLC. He was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. After graduating from Dreher High School, Joe attended the University of South Carolina where he graduated from the Moore School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and management (entrepreneurship). After graduation, Joe then went to the University of South Carolina School of Law where he graduated in 2013. Joe is and will forever remain a die-hard Gamecock fan no matter how painful that can sometimes be.

Joe began his legal career as an assistant solicitor in the 5th Judicial Circuit where he handled the prosecution of all types of criminal cases from those in Magistrate’s Court to violent felonies. At the Solicitor’s Office, Joe was able to gain invaluable courtroom experience that provides him with a comfort level in any courtroom.

After the Solicitor’s Office, Joe moved on to briefly work at Richard A. Harpootlian, P.A. where he was first exposed to what is now his passion: civil litigation. This exposure became invaluable when Joe joined his father Leigh Leventis’s law practice where they handled a wide variety of criminal and civil cases.

Prior to starting Sharpe and Leventis, LLC., Joe worked at The Jeffcoat Firm. There, Joe discovered the Trial Lawyers College. As a graduate of the 3-week program and after attending at least one follow-up program, Joe felt it was time to run his own practice with his life-long best friend, Pat Sharpe.
